I started writing at a young age, but being an author was never on the agenda until one of my teachers came up to me at the end of the year and said some very inspirational words about my writing. 
Over the years my writing has gone from age 5: "Today was my Baby Born's birthday" and turned into long stories with a lot more meaning.
When I'm not writing I am usually surviving high school, learning French or curled up with a book.
